No, only the Board of Supervisors and the Chief Executive Officer can place items on the agenda. If a member of the public wishes to address the Board on an issue that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board of Supervisors, the person can sign up to speak at a Tuesday Board meeting by completing an Electronic Speaker Form at one of the Kiosks positioned in and around the Board Room 381B, and in the Executive Office lobby, Room 383 in the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration.

The Board meets once a week on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. at 500 West Temple Street, Los Angeles 90012, Room 381-B (3rd Floor). Board meeting begin at 1:00 p.m. after a Monday holiday. Under certain findings, a Special meeting may also be called and noticed within 24 hours of the meeting.
