Do I have to pay my property taxes?

Yes, your property taxes must be paid. Filing an assessment appeals does not relieve the applicant from the obligation to pay the taxes on the subject property, on or before the applicable due date shown on the tax bill. If your property taxes are not paid by the due date, the Treasure Collector's Office will add late payment penalties/interest to the bill.
