Executive Office Human Resources

The chief responsibility of the Human Resources Division is to administer a comprehensive, integrated Human Resources program for the Executive Office of the Board of Supervisors and LACERA, which adds up to approximately 800 employees. The division works closely with the Department of Human Resources, Chief Executive Office, and County Counsel and outside agencies including the Department of Justice and Third Party Administrators. Our team provides  technical and operational personnel services including talent management, payroll, risk and leave management, employee relations and workplace programs.
