• View the meeting you would like to register for.

• Registration opens at 9:00 am the day of the meeting.

Complete the Required Fields

• Be sure to include your phone number if you are participating virtually.

Choose How You Want to Provide Your Comments



• Choosing In Person means that you intend to be physically present at the meeting.

• Choosing Virtually means you intend to call in to provide comments.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation, making it easy to stay informed and ready for your turn to speak.

At the Meeting

• In Person: Check in at the kiosk to confirm your arrival. When your name is called, approach the podium to speak.

• By Phone: Dial into the conference line (213-444-2600) using the instructions in the email reminder. You’ll also receive a text message reminder when your item is up on the agenda. When it is your turn to speak, begin your comments after the prompt.
